Koffi Anana The Mediator

Map of KOFFI ANANA THE MEDIATOR On 27th December in 2007 Kenya became a bloody nation. Women were raped, people looted and even others gunned to death by policemen. This disaster left many homeless and displaced thousands. Our politicians had refused to accept threat they had been defeated in elections. This encouraged people to continue fighting. The whole world was seeing Kenya turning into ashes. The African Union (AU) sent Koffi Annan to come and settle the political differences. Some of the KEnyans thought that this negotiations would be no fruits but at the end it succeeded. President Mwai Kibaki decided to share his power with Honourable raila Odinga. This settled the political differences but left many to receive justice. Although the country was settled the raped women those whose houses were burnt, have not yet received justice. For me whose houses were burnt, I have not yet received justice. For me justice delayed is justice denied.'. Read more.
