Gina Vera is the Director of Planning and Evaluation for MUDE. She is Nourish's main contact at the partner organization.
This project with MUDE in the Dominican Republic is particularly interesting to her as it combines both of her interests in nutritional education and economic development and sustainability. She believes that her group can learn about the rich culture of the Dominican Republic and also make a lasting impact in the lives of the local people of Barahona.
Lana is excited about this development project because it gives her group a chance to make a real difference to the people in Barahona. She believes that supporting this project is a great way to help bring about long-term sustainable change in a deserving community.
