Project Report | Dec 5, 2011
December 2011 Report

By Lena Lashkova | International Communications Coordinator

Dear friends!

On behalf of Petersburg Parents I would like to thank all of you for supporting "Nursing care for orphan children in hospitals" project!

Let me also thank all our supporters from the last Bonus Day event when GlobalGiving matched all the donations made at 30%. With your help within one day October 19 we collected $1177,45 and got additionally $396 from GlobalGiving as a bonus for the project "Nursing care for orphan children in hospitals".

Please know that each dollar matters and makes a difference in the orphan’s lives daily!

In last 6 months we opened 4 more nursing posts and currently in frame of this project 17 nurses with adequate qualifications and medical training care for orphans in 8 hospitals in St. Petersburg and its region.

To date, the accomplishments of the project include providing adequate and compassionate care for over 90 children daily.

Please keep supporting our current projects on GlobalGiving!
