Andi Asriadi Rauf is a former consultant of Community Empowering Body in Jakarta Local Government. He has been followed study in Japan and Cairo for empowering community program. Andi has 3 years experiences in education, research and development with local community in Jakarta, Aceh and Sulawesi

Abdul Wahed Unoe - Program coordinator

Abdul Wahed Unoe was a journalist in local newspaper company in Aceh and he was a success businessman with 3 companies before tsunami disaster. Now he is a volunteer in Puspem as program coordinator in Aceh. Abdul Wahed has 10 years experiences in journalist, photography and sound recording business sectors.

Usman Rauf - Puspem Director

Usman is former of PSPK coordinator program. Usman has experience more than 10 years in community development program in Indonesia
