Alice Ewen - Executive Director

has worked in the urban forestry field for 13 years at both the local and national level. Her experience includes GIS marketing, training and product development for American Forests, program management for the National Tree Trust, and grantwriting and financial management for Trees Atlanta.

Jared Liu - Program Director

His years as an audit and compliance officer for Bank of America and Case New Holland provide a great foundation for his current position managing ACT’s grantmaking to grassroots organizations. As Director of Programs, he coordinates grant making, develops member services and programs, and cultivates partnerships with allied organizations.

Leland Milstein - Program Associate

His interest in urban green space stems from his work doing community outreach in New York City parks as an intern at Partnerships for Parks, a program of the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. At the Alliance for Community Trees, Leland manages the National NeighborWoods Grant Program and assists with webcasts, newsletters, and other programming.
