Giraffe Numbers Up In Kuma.

A recent census conducted by Kenya wildlife service (KWS) showed that Ruma National Park has the highest population of Rothschild giraffe.However,the park's Warden,mr Wambua,warned that poaching was a major challenge in the conservation of wildlife due to high demand of bush meat. The Kenya wildlife service (KWS) has come out very strongly to support lives of these Rothschild giraffe from human attack or poaching.It has come out to arrest those poachers that are found hunting in the park.It has also been teaching and educating poachers of a danger of poaching wild animals. Kenya as a country has many forests, many of them being thr tropical rain forest not leaving behind the others which include savannah grassland, savvanah woodland e.t.c.In kenya there is a group of people who want to benefit themselves by false means.The animals are endagered by poachers.The poachers kill wild animals which after they will acquire valuable parts e.g ivory which was got from Rhinos, elephantse.t.c.Skin got from leopard,loin, cheetah,The valuable animals parts are sold to wealthy individuals or may be exported outside kenya.The other group is the one that cuts down trees by illegal means.Thay invade a forest and cut down trees which later leads to deforestation which later is a desert.The government of kenya has employed the kenya wildlife services to take care of this natural resources.Since the KWS was started the endangered animals are safe and can move freely. Conservation Of Forest

Some emerging organisation has estamblished new method of protecting environmental by planting more trees and discourging environmental pollution . The conservation measures has helped people around game parks and national parks to protectthe environment as they are benefiting directly from the forest. Around my community there is a national park called saina national park which has joined hands with that organisation in protection of wild animals habitat and some indiginous trees. Read more.

Exam Cheating

Exam cheating is a bad habit that has costed the lives and future of many through cancellation of their exam results after spending four good years in high school or eight years in primary or discontinnation in the case of colleges and universities. Sophy was a very good and close friend of mine but at times we would disagree when it came to studies .Both of us were third years in Kenyatta university though taking different courses .For her cheating was a routine because she would cheat in CATS and in the main exam and at the end of the day she would get straight As and therefore to her there was no need to study or revise. One time during a main exam,things got hot on her ,she had written some 'mwakenya' and unfortunately it was found out believe me that became the end of sophy's journey to acquiring her dergee.She was automatically discontinued and as they say regrets come later that's when she remembered that what i always told her had some sense. Road Safety

Road accident is the major tragedy in means of transport it has claimed life of many individuals in various part of the country. This has been majorly due to poor state of our roads. Thanks to the ministry of Roads that has come up to renovate some main highways ti reduce road accidents, it has also marked some point as black spots of danger when at that particular point. However, this is only a little of the requirement of the state of roads in the country. Many roads are narrow for heavy commercial vehicles, this make it risk for such areas. For example Kakamega-Webuye road. Recently a trailer left the road and hit a house adjacent to the road as it was raining to spear life of a bodaboda. If this road was wide enough I do not thing the trailer could have caused such destruction living people injured and handicapped. Read more.

There was time when most parts of the world were covered with trees. As human race increase with in numbers, those forests bacame to be regarded as the major obstacles to the development of Agriculture, commerce and industry.So our ancestors set out destroying the trees vast areas of tree cover and associated vegetation were wiped out. No though was given to the needs and wishes of future generations we are now sufferers because of what our ancestors did. In many parts of the world, trees are being lost others human induced.
