Ngwarato Mashonga - Operations Director

Ngwarati was programme director for Riders' largest programme in Zimbabwe before transferring to the UK resource centre to oversee Riders' replication work. He saw the programme grow to manage over 600 vehicles. Ngwarati joined Riders as an apprentice technician before working his way up through the organisation and studying for and achieving a degree (BCom) in Business Management.

Emma Howard - Global Health Co-ordinator

Emma has been at Riders for Health since 2004, working in a range of roles. She started as Communications Manager and was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2005. In 2006 Emma was made Fundraising Manager, before being promoted in 2008 to Global Health Coordinator. Her responsibilities include leveraging funds from global health organisations and coordinating monitoring and evaluation.

Kayode Ajayi - Performance Director

From 1999 to 2002, Kadoye was Riders' Technical Development Manager and Deputy Programme Director, Riders for Health Nigeria. Based in Lagos, Kayode was responsible for the setting up, development and managing of a technical support system across the country. Since 2002, Kayode was made Deputy Operations Director, responsible for the supervision and auditing of Riders systems across Africa.
