As previously reported - we were unfiortunately unable to secure participating children this year. this had to do with gowring locan tentions in the south of Jerusalem (due to the new building of a road that will go through Beit Safafa) and to more "regular" reservations in the north of Jerusalem.
It is now clear that we will not be able to start activities before teh end of the school year, in a bit more than a month. However, we are not giving up! As a wise person said: "a winner is a looser that didn't give up". We plan to use the summer in order to better prepare for next year and hope to be able to report achivements later.
In teh mean time - the two other projects of the Interfaith Encounter Association are thriving. Please visit them.
Project Reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you will get an e-mail when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports via e-mail without donating or by subscribing to this project's RSS feed.
Combined with other sources of funding, this project raised enough money to fund the outlined activities and is no longer accepting donations.
