We are so happy to have been part of GlobalGiving’s Challenge. Its success is because of our generous donors who care about the well-being of our equine friends in need. Hoof maintenance is an important and necessary procedure to a horse’s health. Thirty horses benefited from hoof trims and repair. Forty horse have been de-wormed, another necessity for basic health. Medical supplies were purchased and put to good use.
We have quite a way to go to meet our goal. There is a constant need for medical assistance at a rescue facility. Large animals require special equipment, due to their size, and in turn correct equipment provides safety for their caregivers. Our bigger goal is to purchase an Anderson Equine Sling to better facilitate the needs of an injured or sick horse.
Thank you once again for your generosity and thoughtfulness. We are non-profit and will continue to be dependent on donations and support from those who care.
