Silbi Kelly Stainton - Executive Director

Silbi Stainton is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where she focused on counter-terrorism, Middle Eastern studies, and Southwest Asia. She cross-enrolled at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, studying non-state threats to international security as well as leadership. She has worked in the non-profit and international business development sectors.

Jodi Fischer - Program Director

Jodi Fischer has over 15 years experience in education and international development both in the public and private sphere. In addition to having published research conducted in El Salvador on social investors, she has worked in the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia. Jodi enjoys working with schools, nonprofits, foundations and the government.

Agha Imran Ali Khan - Chief Operating Officer, Pakistan

Agha Khan served as the Protocol Officer for the Chief Minister's Secretariat in the Punjab, Lahore region of the Pakistan government, where he was awarded an unprecedented and prestigious reward for outstanding service. Previously, he worked as a Transport Officer in charge of issues related to transport and telecommunications in the Punjab region. He joined MDF in 2007.
