For a small child, spending the Holiday Season without his or her parents can be a especially disturbing. However, thanks to the efforts of our sponsoring community, the 17 children at Hogar Infantil Jesus Nazareno, were showered with love, attention and gifts. Employees from Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, InfoTech, Axon, Herbalife, A,T&T and others visited our facility to spend some time and bring presents to all. The Puerto Rico Industrial Development Co. employees also made their annual visit. A special treat to both the children and the volunteers was a visit from: "Centro de Envejecientes de Planas", which houses elderly folks. The visitors were able to interact with the kids, giving them a chance to be "grandparents" to a bunch of "grandchildren"; it was great to see both enjoying the others' presence.
As an organization we also held a small Christmas activity, where the Hogar's employees participated in a secret Santa gift exchange, interacted with their co-workers' family as well as with the children.
