Aid Organization has many years’ social services experiences, especially in the operational areas, human rights and fundamental rights are highly violated by the social touts and cunning people, there is no social security and justice and the poor people are victims of fundamental rights violation. So, from the very beginning. AO has been implementing democracy based program to establish social security and social justice through promoting human rights and women’s’ rights based needs.
AO has taken a stand on this situation.Objectives were to build awareness about laws as legal cadre having basic knowledge of laws relating to inheritance, divorce, marriage, procedure of count cases and about democratic rights guaranteed by law.
Women will be receiving fair justice from dispute regulation committee (DRC), Arbitration, Mediation and court cages which reduce torture. Unjust, violence against women. A favorable environment in rights practices of women will be developed.
