Gregory Rake - President

Mr. Rake served for 20 years in Latin America with MAP International, Project Concern and Mennonite Central Committee in health and development activities. He led successful Health education initiatives related to cholera and AIDS and logistic systems for the Ministry of Heath in Bolivia. Greg has a Master’s in Health Services and is an editor of Serving with the Poor in Latin America.

Mario Morales - Director of Agros Guatemala

Morales studied at the School of Superior Studies of Economy and Business Administration, Francisco Marroquín University, Guatemala. He has served as the Director for the Foundation for Rural Development of Guatemala. He has also acted as consultant for several projects and many rural socioeconomic programs, and served as Special Products Project Coordinator for the National Foundation for Peace.

Chi-Dooh "Skip" Li - Founder and Chairman of the Board

Skip Li, a member of Legislative Committee of the Washington State Bar Association, is a Founding Partner of business law firm Ellis, Li & McKinstry, PLLC. The son of a Chinese diplomat to Guatemala, Mr. Li grew up in Guatemala City. He founded Agros as a response to the disputes over land ownership that contributed to the violence of Guatemala's 30-year civil war.
