What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
20 Creches for 500 children, ages 6 months to 5 years old. Their mothers were abandoned by husband, widows, destitute and separate from the families. They earn income by agricultural coolie works for only 6 months. Nowhere to leave them while they try to make money. There are many needs.
How will this project solve this problem?
Providing meals, recreation, early childhood learning, drama, and play area with books, social, medical and psychological assistance. Sports for children who would otherwise be left unattended and risk becoming delinquent.
Potential Long Term Impact
Providing nourishing meals helps early childhood development and improves opportunity for mothers to gain steady employment. Family income rise and intent mortality decreases. Children are in a productive environment and stay out of harm’s way.
