Clifford's Gift will be participating in a food drive and back-to-school drive in the coming months. Our goal is to provide 30 children with the essentials to start their upcoming school year. We are currently working on a food drive scheduled for July. Our goal is to raise enough money and purchase enough food to provide healthy meals for a family of four. We would like to provide assistance to approximately 30 families. Clifford's Gift would like to thank each and every contributor for your continued generosity, enthusiasm and support. As always, blessings to you and yours! Warmest Regards, Elizabeth DeRosa
Clifford's Gift has worked with several organizations over the last few months in an effort to offer assistance and material support to individuals that are homeless. This quarter we have had the opportunity to quietly share our gifts with so many others. While I know we have helped fill in the gaps for people who are struggling financially, It is my hope that the people who have benefited from your generosity felt the love and warmth from which the assistance came from. Clifford's Gift would like to wish everyone a Blessed Holiday Season.
During the last 3 months Clifford's Gift provided the following assistance:
*clothing to a homeless teenager struggling with body image issues and lack of clothing
*home Furnishings for a man with stage 4 cancer who secured stable housing for the first time in his adult life
*home furnishings for a woman who was homeless and was able to secure housing
*provided bicycle lock and gear for low-income individual whose main form of transportation is a bicycle
*provided boxes of diapers and wipes to a local organization that works with families
* adopted 2 children for the Holiday Season
*provided a full Thanksgiving meal to a family
*provided 77 teddy bears to an organization that will then distribute to children throughout the area including hospitals and shelters.
As always, Gratitude to all who continue to make donations to Clifford's Gift. Your support is immeasurable and lights the way for many acts of kindness toward others.
All My Best,
Elizabeth DeRosa
Clifford's Gift provided over 200 pounds of food items to a food bank distribution center. The food collected wil be distributed to individuals and local food pantries.
Thank you to the volunteers who helped to make this project a huge success. The children who vountered their time learned many important life lessons while giving of themselves. The volunteers were given an assignment to take home with them. The assignment was to go 24 hours without food. What does it feel like physically and emotionally for a child to lack the proper nutritional support?
The number of children in this area and around the country that go to bed each and every night hungry is increasing. There is a dire need for individuals and organizations to develop and implement strategies to combat the on-going hunger crisis. Clifford's Gift will continue to work with organizations and food banks to help provide children, individuals and families with a basic need - FOOD.

Clifford's Gift had the pleasure of joining forces with StandUp for Kids in Virginia Beach, Virginia this past March. We, along with our incredible volunteers, prepared a dinner for approximately 20 homeless and at-risk youth. Most of these kids were living on the streets without a supportive family unit. Their courage, determination and strength was inspiring!!! If you would like to learn more about the life-saving work completed by StandUp for kids please visit www.standupforkids.org.
Clifford's Gift also recently celebrated with a night of Pizza and Bingo at Safe Harbor, a shelter in West Chester, PA. Our young volunteers brought enthusiasm and good cheer. As always, Thank you to the women of Safe Harbor for spending the evening with us and sharing your stories.

This month Clifford's Gift has two activities planned. We, along with several children from the West Chester Area, will be providing some evening fun. We are throwing a pizza/bingo night at an area homeless shelter. Clifford's Gift is also traveling to Virginia Beach, Virginia to serve food to the homeless in that community. Both events will be inspiring!
We are currently working with a local organization to bring yoga to an area men's shelter. It is my hope to have this program up and running in the next month or two. I will update the progress of this activity on my next report.
Sincere gratitude for all of the people that have donated to this organization. You are an important member of this team!
With a Humble Heart,
Elizabeth DeRosa
