Women Of Leadership Forum

Map of WOMEN OF LEADERSHIP FORUM The story moja women on leadership forum was hold in Nairobi for Kenyan women and residents in Kenya. In the first forum there was and attendance of 50 women turning tables on traditional yielding multiple insights ablut glass ceiling including the challenge created to stop women from living to their full potential. We talked about when being predatory by nature and the social conditioning behavior had to unlearn on our cancer journeys. Different speakers had been invited MCCann Erickson inspired people to aggressively focus on perofmance of the business as the surest means to reach the top that focus gender. This wisdom was passed by story moja with an intention of taking up the challenge to facilitate writers to write about women today in a different way. Stories of Kenyan women as achieves, workers, wives and mother rather than predominantly victims. Stories of Kenyan women as spiritual emotional, intellectual and physical beings. Read more.

Security Operation

Map of SECURITY OPERATION For many years in Mt.Elgon area,there was a group of out lowed group milians which always caused the villagers no sleep by there brutal ways and disrupting peaceful existance.The villagers were to pay some fees regular to the group forcefully.The militia group forced youth to join the group and any family resisting their order were either killed or robbed all their belongings.This groups group fought despite government efforts to stop them,the result was seen after normality was seen.Many men and boys were killed and other were amputed this did more harm than good.Many families suffered from the operation and now the area is recovering from the operations. Waste Management

Map of Waste Management Environment sustainability s an area that needs total attention for there is what and or where every individual belongs. There is need to proper management in the urban areas where it is the most common problem of all. Most cities and towns in Kenya do not have good management plans and mechanism in place.This can lead to disease such as bilhazia and typhoid and cholera that are got from use of dirt water. The odor attained from such areas where garbage is stored without better measures in place is not pleasing. Sustained environment therefore ensures better with for the people around the garbage.Due to this the local council authority and the civil society and the local companies in production have teamed up to curb the menace by buying a piece of land far from town for better disposal of waste.These is in progress and is expected to. Providing A Solution To The Community

Map of providing a solution to the community As a daughter of Phanice Nechesa who is a member of Jisaidie group i have found myself in the midst of discovering and understanding of what joint ventures can put on table.It is amazing.Unity as one can stop such a force.In the Bible people decided to unite to speak one language and even God marveled and said they will build a tower to get them to heaven.I think this group is like that.All the members have a remarkable change from either participating as a member or by being affected directly from fund they acquire from the organisation. Children Rights Are Human Rights

Map of CHILDREN RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS When Ann's husband died little did she know it was the start of her darkest part of life. Everything was forcefully taken from her including land tittle deed, household goods and land. One of her inlaws was chosen to inherit her since in their community it was believed that a woman is a property that has no right of it's own. When she refused, her house was burned down and she fled to her parental home with her children. Her brothers decided to help her with her five daughters, the children were to stop going to school and be employed as maids or getting married. The widow was confused and did not know what to do or where to go. One day she heard about an organization called REEP which has it's officers at Butula. She was suprised to get that she was not the only one with almost the same problem. The center handles all the paragal cases including human rights that affects children women and men. Ann was helped to get back her property. she is now staying at her marital home and the organization is assisting her in educating her children. Her inlaw escaped after realising he was to be arrested. Now Ann has started poultry farming and she's the chief supplies of indigenous eggs in the area. Read more.
