In 1994, Marcia Selva founded Global Community Services Foundation (GCSF) with the mission of reducing poverty in Southeast Asia. She manages operations from headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia. GCSF also has offices in Hanoi and Quang Tri, Vietnam and representative locations in Myanmar.
