Tobias Eigen - Founder and Executive Director

Tobias has been involved in "Internet in Africa" since 1992, initially setting up store and forward email networking for development projects. As the web grew so too did his engagement with the powerful new tools that became available for empowering civil society in Africa. He is committed to strengthening African organizations through improved use of ICT.

Ghislain Siewe - Membership Manager

Ghislain volunteered at Kabissa in 2007 and returned in 2010 to give 10-20 hours a week. As a Cameroonian, he firmly believes that Africa will experience a tremendous and successful transformation in the years to come and is passionate about the idea of empowering African themselves to drive that transformation. He lives in Northern Virginia where he works for a software consulting company.
