Anuradha Srikantan - IDEX Africa Program Director

Anuradha has extensive experience in the areas of international education, economic development, and rural development. As a volunteer social worker, she has been involved with many grassroots organizations. Anu has a Masters in International Education and Policy Analysis from Stanford. She is also an alumni of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, India (M.B.A).

George Gonani - CAP Executive Director

George Gonani is the Executive Director of Credit Against Poverty (CAP), a NGO that specializes in providing microcredit to rural communities in Zimbabwe. He completed a Honors Degree in Political Science in Zimbabwe and then became a high school teacher for 4 years. Since then, he has worked for CAP providing microcredit and small business training to rural women in the Masvingo district.
