New project for English language training

Dear friends,

Thanks to your contributions, Anudip is growing rapidly and the need for a consulting teacher with English as a Second Language experience has become critical. We have identified such a person, Suzanne Simmons, and need to raise $6000 to enable her to spend six months with us in India.

Please visit this GlobalGiving page for more details and to contribute whatever you can:

Since our last project report, Anudip has grown to included 85 staff most of whom are faculty members working in difficult rural areas of three Indian states, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha. We crossed the 15,000 mark and have set our sights on training 7500 students in 2103-14. We will also ramp up or rural entrepreneurship program through group enterprises and cooperatives.

Thanks again for all your support.

Dipak Basu.
