Orphan Support

By a female, under 16 years old, in Kakamega, Kenya
Map of Orphan Support Death came knocking on our door in 2009,August 21st.M y mother had been servely ill.Though her main problem was HIV/AIDS,we realised that malaria contributed so much in her death. My siblings and i had not expected it to happen so early or so it seemed. She used to offer support to three of us ,and off course my help too,as the first born.My second born sister and me were not infected but our small brother had the infection. The burden was hard for me to carry since i was still a student. Then came Western Water and Sanitation Forum an organisation which helped us reshape our lives. My younger brother also passed on later,The organisation helped us burry him.It also offered materials and financial support to the both us.I am now in class eight and my sister in class five ,hoping to finish our education.
