Paul T. Lehr - Executive Director

As Executive Director of the Arison Arts Foundation, he has been leading the national expansion for NFAA. Previously, Mr. Lehr served as President of the Pritikin Foundation from 1999-2010, and worked as a lawyer for several years. Involved in the arts from the age of six, Mr. Lehr was a classically trained pianist as well as an actor.

Roberta Behrendt Fliss - Director of National Programs

While dancing in New York she performed and toured the states with the Avodah Dance Ensemble and Rachel Lampert & Dancers. She has used her skills in a variety of professional capacities including as Registrar for the Miami City Ballet School; Executive Assistant to the CFO for the Texas Workforce Commission; and Grants Administrator for the City of Miami Beach Cultural Affairs Program.
