Pierre Damien Maniriho - Program Manager

Program Manager at ATEDEC since 2009, implementing a variety of projects including a project to support people living with HIV/AIDS and a project to transform the lives of young, disadvantaged people. Previous experience includes working as a Project Officer on a rural water supply programme and working as a Project Officer to strengthen science education in Rwanda.

Caroline Anne Argrave - Project Manager

Voluntary placement spanning 12 months from March 2012 - March 2013 leading and managing the ATEDEC team through positive structural change, capacity building for the future, designing and promoting gender equality and women's empowerment projects. Previous experience includes 12 yrs project co-ordination from negotiation and sale to completion of 2 & 3 year contracts within the coffee industry.

Agnes Nyirangirimana - Senior Field Officer

Since 2010 Agnes has been permanently stationed in the rural area of Nyamasheke implementing projects in the field, identifying beneficiaries, building co-operatives, leading them through official registration, organising training for capacity building and sustainability. Previously a teacher in primary school Agnes has always been committed to community development.She is a widow with 3 children.
