Map of A TRUE ROLE MODEL For our initiative to gain ground in the community.it was imperative that we find an enabling environment.Part of the most conducive environment was to do with the top most provincial heavy weight,the provincial Director of Children Services who gave us the best coperation as Ufunguo Child role model Development initiative to reach the far w have done.This office has on some occasions offered us the facilitation t travel to schools to meet the children in our programme. We may always recommend our Director in the strongest words possible in her personal contribution to the success of our work to the community.We have worked very closely with Provincial Director of Children's Service more than any one else. Hard Work Pays

Map of hard work pays Peasons foundation team was formed bu a group of people who thought that education to young people was important. Recently the team held a workshop which was aimed at reinforcing early childhood education and the teacher were also trained. The team strengthened the ECDE teachers and they were also promised other materials and other forms of reinforcement as the ECDE section is the foundation of education. after that the teacher were provided with material for use in classroom.they showed a sign of relief after that as they had been working hard allover to find any supporter and many of them [teachers] were not recognized in the country before. Map of taking our education to greater heights Kenyans have already understood the power of education.The kenya secondary school heads association is an assosiation that includesall heads of high school meeting up every 20th of June of every year to dicuss on issues that affect their schools the challenges achievements and not to mention aspirations as a school. This has helped the schools create a way forward The association also discuss issues that them as teachers face and also their ministry. Currently theres a problem with the funds that were supposed to reach all schools.The association is meeting to inquire from the minister where the funds that were saposed to assist and benefit the students went to. Giving Solution To Strike In Schools

Map of GIVING SOLUTION TO STRIKE IN SCHOOLS The Ministry of education has come out to change the occurrence of strike in our school which has caused a lot of damage to many schools in Kenya.This has been occurring due to indiscipline in our schools. The student has been taught on how to they can solve their problems which might land team to go on strike. The students had a conference with the stakeholders in the running education institutions they all as agreed that students have been taught on how they can create a solutions to their problem without involving in strike.
