Joseph Rosal - Coordinator for community engagement

graduated with a bachelor's degree in community development from the university of the Philippines (1992) and finished his masters in health social science at De La Salle University manila (2008). presently the coordinator for the community engagement program overseeing the coastal resource management project (lian, batangas) and the disaster risk reduction project (batangas and bataan).
