Born in 1944 in Togo, it has been his primary and secondary studies in Togo. He was official Togo State and is currently a statistician retired

ZEKPA Apoté Tovinyéawu - Executive Director

Born January 17, 1975 in Lomé, it has been his primary and secondary studies in Togo. He made a few academic studies after his second bachelor party. He is currently Professor of physical and mathematical sciences

TEKO-AHATEFOU Kokoè Djigbondé - Accountable

Born April 4, 1975 in Ivory Coast, she began her studies in Ivory Coast and the finissa in Togo at the University of Lomé. It has been two years at the University of Lomé in FASEG
