Satish has a Bachelor's degree in Science from Osmania University. He worked for a UK based charity in Doncaster, Yorkshire for 2 years. For the last 8 years he has been working in the Human Resources vertical in Bangalore. He is currently the CEO of Synthesys Inc. He is also the co-founder of the Bangalore based non-profit organization - U&I. He is a visionary with a creative streak.
Ajit has a Bachelor's degree in History from St Stephens College, Delhi University & an Advanced Diploma in Leadership from Hillsong International Leadership College. With over 10 years of experience as a youth worker, Ajit is a motivational speaker and a charismatic people person. He is also the co-founder of the Bangalore based non-profit organization - U&I.
