Map of CDF operations The Government had said it has put in place new measures that will see efficient management of the constituencies Development fund(CDF) The CDF Board yesterday lauched new strategic plane and service charter that will provide and service character that will provide it with a fine-year roadmap of improved governance,efficiency and effectivenes in management of the fund. Help Save Lives

Map of HELP SAVE LIVES It was two thousand and nine when our school decided to hold a special offering to help the opressed and the poor.It took almost two mont to hold a "harambee" taht made people to contribute alot of money.When the total bills were annouced we had contributed three point two millon.We only did not offer as a school but the PTA project,local churches and senior men in the government eg Hon Musalia Mudavadi contributed 9/7 in this.We started at a children's home at parklans where we offered them with food and clothing.We held a big party and the children appreciated our efforts.We then proceeded to kenyata National Hospital where we visited the sick and encouraged those with disabilities not to give up in life because life is all about sruggle and nothing comes on a silvery platter.We gave them wheel chairs, food, cloths and paid bills to those who could not be able to raise money for operations.When we were about to leave, they had a family they were part of kenya and they felt that they had a family.They also recognised our efforts and thanked us.Thats when i learned that a solution to end poverty can be got from the method we used. Drugs & Alcohol

Map of DRUGS & ALCOHOL Cheap drugs and glue-sniffing are an increasing problem. Initially taken to alleviate boredom chang'aa is an addictive cheap alcoholic brew. it is in methanol. The cost is only Ksh. 10per glass (half pint) this days and offer a couple of glasses people are very drunk. With over 50% unemployment in Kibera many start drinking early in the morning leading to huge problems of violence and crime. Kibera UK are trying to help by showing less poisonous. This is important and difficult but unilaterally rewarding work. Read more.

Save On Fertilizers

Many problems of malnutrition.was being experienced especially amnong the children and pregnant mothers due to lack of adequate food and nutrition. The declining soil fertility ., changing weather patterns and prices of Agricultural input suvh as fertilizers pose a serious problem to resource. Poor scale farmers. Through SINGI CBO the group registeredthe organic farmer which publishes tips on how to build soil fertilitythrough the use of well-prepared compost,crop rotation and nitrogen fixing legumes. Gangsterism

Map of GANGSTERISM It was the year 2006 and the level of gangsterism or robbery in my hometown was very high.at about 7:00 pm if not very keen a bullet would just pass by your sight to kill the next person standing by your side. sometimes before they came operational in your house,this gangster would write a letter to you to inform you of their coming and whether you brought the police or not they would still come do their job,kill,destroy and leave.This team of gangsters had undergone a very serious training and the type of weapons they used were very lethal. every policeman feared them and whenever the police were called to intervene they would take a long route so as to arrive when this guy have done their operation and are gone.things went on until that year a new police officer wafula was brought at that place.one night while on duty,this guy came operational got into a hole and opened war with them.throughput the night no one slept.the guy single handedly killed this gang of seven guys and that became the end of era of the gang.security,freedom were restored while wafula became the hero and was elevated in police ranks. First Community Health Work

It caught my attention by its voluntary services it provides to the community such as First Aid and community health work and Ambulance.ST John allows membership of volunteers who offer first Aid services to the community at the scenes of accidents,patients being transferred from one hospital to another or any other areas of emergency. It is a great help to the community in the that the community hou a place to turn to incase of emergecieses and the doctors are not readily available at affordable costs. Read more.
