Breaking News from St. Vincent & The Grenadines!

We just received an update from Jenna Garber who is currently in the field, working with World Pediatric Project's orthopedic surgery team in St. Vincent!

She says on November 16:

Update from the field:  Sharena, the first surgical patient of the week, stands and walks for the first time only one day after receiving a posterior spinal fusion to correct her scoliosis!  The team is on schedule to complete 8 scoliosis procedures this week at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital in St. Vincent & the Grenadines!

We are SO excited by this news and thank YOU for making it possible for Sharena to walk.
