What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
160,000 children from all over Scotland are treated at Yorkhill Hospital and its related services each year. These children and their families often face many difficult times in the process of treatment and recovery, The need for vital funds has increased again in 2014 due to a tough economic climate and ongoing budgetary constraints.
How will this project solve this problem?
This year, Yorkhill Children's Charity needs your help more than ever as we embark on our move to the new children's hospital in the South of Glasgow. Yorkhill Children's Charity has committed to investing more than 3 million in initiatives and services at the new hospital, including pull down beds for parents and carers, and innovative state of the art medical equipment. Your help will ensure that Scotland's sick children continue to receive world class care.
