Berly Earnest is a top business and training executive with more than 15 years of experience in India and Asia. As the Managing Trustee of Jeevana Samridhi (Life in Abundance) the charity arm of Jesus Youth, he coordinates national relief activities. As a volunteer he helps the poor and underprivileged in Southern India and train local JY/JS volunteers nationwide. He is married with children.

Mathew Sebastian - Field operations supervisor

Mathew Sebastian has 10 years experience in social work and practical psychology. Before being appointed to this project, he worked as executive director & counsellor for a charitable trust, the Vimala Jyothi Development Centre responsible for integrated development in society through counselling, child development and family renovation irrespective of caste and religion.
