I had the extreme pleasure to meet with the director of Gate College, a hospitality college and training center in Kathamandu. His name is Khem is he is a real visionary. Beginning in April we will be installing Rosetta Stone online in the computer center at Gate College so that students there can work on improving their spoken English and accent. Many of the young students there are hoping for work in hotel management, hospitality services and cooking. The best employment opportunities are offered to those who have the best English as Nepal depends so much on foreign tourism. The facilities at Gate are the very best in the country and the teachers and students are top notch as well. We're really excited about being able to partner with Gate to offer this training. We do need your help to make this happen though. Rosetta Stone online is a highly effective way to improve conversational English but it is not cheap. I've added a link to Gate College's web site if your interested to learn more about what is offered there. We are sure it's going to be a highly effective program and a great location to have it in.
