Dairy Farming

Map of Dairy Farming The Bunyala dairy goat farmers Networks was estamblished in July 2011 as a learning and empowerment platform in the community. The formation was a culminator of successful investors spearheaded by CPDA in collaboration with FARM africa to improve the livelihoods of the poor farmers. It has been a success so far in the community and enabled alot of people become financially empowered. Read more.

Cotton Farming

Map of cotton farming Early this year Mr.Jonathan Wekesa a farmer in Kakamega planted cotton an his farm.After a successful yield,He is excited and says he is going to increase the acreage under the crop this season.It is rewarding to grow cotton because i earned 10,000 from it last year,but now he earns more than 345,000 from 19200 kilos of cotton .Enough to see his six children go to school with two in the university.
