Andy Woods-Ballard - Director of Operations
Andy is an international environmental and development project director with experience in the leadership and training of staff across Africa and Latin America, working with governmental, non-governmental and voluntary organizations, Universities and international conservation organizations. Andy now runs the GVI-CT in the UK and aids with fundraising and management for projects internationally.
Dominic Williams - Director of Latin America Programs for GVI
Dom spent 4 years investigating, researching and traveling South America, finally settling in Guatemala where he has lived since 2000. Dom and Doreen set up their first Indigenous project in San Andres Itzapa, Guatemala in 2003 and due to the success and advances made, they have set up further Indigenous projects throughout Latin America, with the help of local community leaders.
Enrique Carillo - Local teacher
Born and bred in Copan; his life has always been spent in Copan, Honduras. He has dedicated himself to community and conservation projects in the area for many years, whilst being the head of the Spanish school in Copan itself. "With hundreds of small Chorti (Indigenous) communities surrounding Copan, there is so much work to be done, in sanitation, education and conservation" he says.
