Mission

El Molino is a grassroots organization in Mexico City made up of 17 civil associations and cooperatives. El Molino promotes food security through its urban sustainable agriculture program, and women’s and youth empowerment through personal development workshops. They conduct their work in the southern area of Mexico City where poverty is predominant and public infrastructure is decidedly lacking.

Programs

The production of vegetables and medicinal plants for self-consumption and exchange with other similar programs. Urban organic agriculture training for the organization members.
