Dear Donors and Supporters,
Our Orphans and vulnerable children education support project – "Help Children Stay in School for a year in Cameroon” is right on course. The children and schools we supported with text books, school fees, exercise books, didactic materials make us proud. The children in class six made excellent results on their end of primary school course examination - know as the ” Common Entrance Examination”. Junior classes’ children in the four primary schools we supported in Tole village are promising from their sequence tests; they are now preparing for their end of school year examinations for 2012/2013 school year; which commences September 2012.
Bonduma village; where we have been running “After School Classes” for 50 children with "Live Build Volunteer" from Netherlands – Lucia Dam and some local volunteer teachers- Bandi Linda, Irene Mougo and the CEO himself Sulaiman Turay.
Also, we are proud to announce that we will start holiday classes in Tole Village come July 2012 targeting 75 children for six weeks with the support of Mr. Ebbia one of the primary school teachers of Presbyterian Church Primary School in Tole Village.
The Head Teachers are amazed, see pictures and testimonies from the field for your perusal and consideration.
For 2012/2013 school year, we want to make it big with a target support for 200 children in two villages ( Bonduma Village and Tole village) We count on you.
We look forward to your continued support to help our orphans and vulnerable children get education to be responsible citizens. “Education is a right and not a privilege”, if we are to achieve MDGs.
