To Our Loyal Supporters,
Our foundation “Angels in Waiting,” was highlighted in November’s, Cover Story of “Advance for Nurses.” Advance for Nurses is a prestigious nursing journal that goes out to every licensed Nurse in California and Nevada. I'm happy to announce, my organization can barely keep up with the calls from experienced pediatric and neonatal intensive care Nurses who are interested in becoming “Foster Parents – Nurses”, for America's forgotten medically fragile foster care infants and children. Our mission is to move medically fragile foster care infants and children into private residences under the care of Registered and Licensed Vocational nurses as their foster parents. AIW helps to save a child and ensure a childhood by ending the child's time in the Foster Care System, finds permanent homes is for them, and paves the way to better lives with continued resources for these vulnerable little ones. Being spotlighted on the front page of a nursing magazine of this magnitude has helped launch our cause throughout California and Nevada. I could not have done this without your donations. Collectively, we have the capability of saving thousands of childhoods. Furthermore, I have been contacted by one of Hollywood's top producer, who is very interested in drawing attention to our cause, by putting a “sweeter face” to foster care children. We will be utilizing our Nurses’ adopted medically fragile foster care children to show America, how truly valuable and precious these children are, and hopefully inspire our country to care for and value “America's underprivileged infants and children”.
My organization's motto is: ~ We are all Angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another…, donors, thank you for lending me your wings ~
Please enjoy reading the article, the editorial is based on me- the founder. However, I would like for you to know, I have over 35 courageous and noble Nurses (and counting) who 2 4-7 render love, dedication and experience nursing care to America's forgotten medically fragile foster care infants and children .
