40 School Dropouts will be trained in vocational courses. Infrastructure development is a major share of project cost. Returns would accrue greater disposable income to rural youth and their families.
Villagers are agricultural laborers with Rs.65 daily income. Due to poor land productivity, they work for only 67 days a year which makes their lives miserable. To help them generate their own income, SAMPARC initiated this project so that eventually all villagers will be self-sustained. Beneficiaries will be Rural Village School Dropouts from nearby villages, orphanages & destitute homes.
Construction and infrastructure of vocational training facilities, and training of school dropouts. 40 youth will be trained in vocational courses to earn higher income.
Better economic status, better lifestyle, and sustainable life for the rural youth. Their skill and knowledge is built-up and they become self-reliant. It also improves their social condition.
