Dr. Santos has served as the Provincial Health Officer of Pampanga Province for over 25 years. He oversees the welfare of over 1.5 million people, directs the training of municipal health officers of each town, and negotiates the public health system's budget within the province.He carries vast experience within the public health system, administrative skills, and familiarity with key officials.

Janet G.Trinidad, MD - Municipal Health Officer, Bacolor, Pampanga

Dr. Trinidad is the primary public health officer serving the town of Bacolor, Pampanga. She oversees the healthcare of approximately 70,000 residents on a budget of 800,000 Pesos per year (approximately $2,000). As the town's population returns home from resettlement areas, Dr. Trinidad is committed to linking with the Love For Life Foundation to better serve the community's healthcare needs.

General Datu graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1973. His most recent assignments before retirement included Commander, Air Defense Command,Vice Commander, Philippine Air Force, and most recently Deputy Chief of Staff, Philippine Air Force.He currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Savings and Loan Assoc., Inc.
