Blood Donation.

Map of Blood Donation. Just few months ago there was the strict requirement in hospitals that before any oint of blood is taken from the stores to aid a patient, there must be a donation, by a relative or philanthropist to ensure the stock is not depleted. When the medical team that visited our school told of this need, everybody was lining up to donate their blood. Blood banks had run dry, and their was urgent need for us to donate blood to the needy in the hospitals. The blood donated was screened to ensure it was free HIV, Hepatitis B & C and syohilis. The Select Cure

Map of THE SELECT CURE In the town sometime people comarge from various places peoples whose life style have yielded other health complication such as unproposional body mucsule arrangements and abnormal body weight that put them to risk of becoming hypertensive or diabetic. So one lady who was on diabetic management was advice to look on to her health by engaging in activities that will see her sweat as a way of giving out unwanted glucose. After she discovered the person experience in all form of body exercise she was fold by the doctor after a few months that her blood sugar level was normal and the same was a slight drop in body weight.This was amazing!. Diabetes Control

Map of DIABETES CONTROL Many people have heard and are all of diabetes. Diabetes has been causing a great of destruction to our health and also death for the poor who are not capable on cost of treatment. Diabetes is now with us here its also present among the living in neral areas contrary to popular belief. No death again caused by diabetes since the government has set diabetes treatment free and available in all areas and also in rural areas. Read more.

Water Shortage

Map of Water shortage There is a problem of water. There is a water shortage in our District & village and something has been done to improve the water problem atleast for now. For many years now people were forced to go out to the rivers where they access water for domestic use. These source of water is sometimes not effective and viable because it carries with it dirt and disease causing organisms from other areas along as it moves. My area hasprings which van be protected hence clean water for drinking.Efforts have been done to improve storage and use of clean water. Read more.

Acquire Treatment

Map of Acquire treatment A person called sokodo stephen told me that during the time of his youth,he had very many partners and he prefered having un protected sex with them.The practise became worse when he started drinking.He later started developing weakness and coldness in the body every time but he couldn't accept the advises to go for treatment which was being given by friends.After a week on bed,a neighbour forcefully took him to hospital.In the process,he took him at TASO but it helped to discover the diseases he was suffering from and among them he said include HIV/AIDS and STI'S.He started on the treatment and currently he feels okay so he thanked the neighbour who spared time for him.
