This project provides a medical home for 1,500 high-risk pregnant women and 4,000 children in Nicaragua for 18,000 patient visits annually.
We seek to bring high-quality healthcare along with nutrition and health education to families in need in the department of Boaco, Nicaragua. Through compassionate clinical care and education we can change the lives of young women, girls and families in this very needy region of the world while providing a model for others seeking progressive approaches to whole health practices.
We have built an environmentally sustainable health clinic for women and children living in poverty in Nicaragua. The clinic will functions as a center of community while providing clinical care, nutrition and health education and opportunity to women and children in need.
The project will provide whole health care and education in an environmentally sustainable environment to 1,500 high-risk pregnanct women and 4,000 children for 18,000 patient visits annually.
