Happy ThanksGiving!

The final health clinic!
The final health clinic!

As the Holiday season begins, we can’t believe that our volunteers have been in Haiti for nearly 18 months!

Health has been a part of our work in Haiti for many months now, beginning with our efforts in displaced persons’ camps to contain Cholera and growing to a health education curriculum designed to help the most vulnerable adults and children stay healthy.

None of our work containing Cholera or providinghttp://www.edvolunteers.org/english-student essential education would have been possible without your generosity.

As Americans across the country get ready to gather their families and give thanks, we hope that you’ll take a little extra joy this holiday season in the knowledge that your donations have given Haitian youths a reason to be thankful.

You can help extend hope to more Haitians by letting friends and family know how easy it is to Give the Gift of Education this Holiday Season in Haiti. We hope to provide a primary school education to 100 children, and high level English language skills to 120 adult learners.

Thanks so much for all you’ve already done to give Haitians a healthier tomorrow, and Happy Thanks Giving from Haiti.
