There was a great day on 16th of December 2011 for the HIV infected orphan children who have celebrated Christmas with DELL employees in Chennai-Ambatur facility. The employees were engaging the children with lots fun activities like games, Music etc. and also they have gifted attractive things to the Children .  It was great pleasure and new exposure for the children who have gone to such a great company first time and it has created inspiration to forget their decease and improve in their studies.

Home care programs are cost-effective and can be sustained when there is strong community support for and involvement in running them, reinforced by quality medical and social services from nearby facilities. care and support services helps estimative HIV, improves demand for voluntary counseling and HIV testing services, and allows for early management and prevention of infectious diseases (such as TB) and sexually transmitted infections (STI), among both HIV-positive and -negative people. Major challenges remain in scaling up, income generation, and meeting nutritional needs of the rapidly increasing number of affected families and orphans.
