As a founding staff member, Josette has directed Lambi Fund’s programs for almost 12 years. She is one of the few Haitian women that heads a successful NGO in Haiti.
Born and raised in Haiti, he is a trained agronomist and community organizer with over fifteen years of experience working with Haitian peasants.
