Roger Phillips - CEO

Roger Phillips has spent most of his working career in senior management and marketing roles having served as CEO of the South Australian Tourism Commission, marketing manager of the Melbourne Tourism Authority and manager of Community Relations with the Wet Tropics Management Authority. Roger took up the position of CEO of the Australian Rainforest Foundation in 2002.

Warren George Entsch - Founding Member

Warren George Entsch is described as a handy man with snakes, crocodiles and other wild creatures. He was the Federal member for the Far North Queensland electorate of Leichhardt, in the Australian Parliament. He was first elected in 1996, and was returned at three subsequent elections. Born in Babinda, Queensland, Warren served in the Royal Australian Air Force 1969-78.

Sara Hallager - Board Member

Sara Hallager is a Biologist in the bird house at the National Zoo. She also serves as Vice Chair on the AZA Animal Welfare Committee as well as the Vice Chair of the AZA Avian Scientific Advisory Group. She has over 20 years experience with avian management and husbandry in a zoological setting.
