Carolina Rodas - Local Teacher

Carolina has worked with rural communities for many years around Copán, often as a lone teacher with several grades to contend with.

Dom Williams - Director of Latin America Programs for GVI

Dom spent 4 years investigating, researching and traveling South America, finally settling in Guatemala where he has lived since 2000. Dom and Doreen set up their first Indigenous project in San Andrés Itzapa, Guatemala in 2003 and due to the success and advances made, they have set up further Indigenous projects throughout Latin America, with the help of local community leaders.

Andy Woods-Ballard - Director of Operations

Andy is an international environmental and development project director with experience in the leadership and training of staff across Africa and Latin America, working with governmental, non-governmental and voluntary organizations, Universities and international conservation organizations. Andy now runs the GVI-CT in the UK and aids with fundraising and management for projects internationally.
