Dr. Tracy Bachrach Ehlers - Professor Emerita of Anthropology, Founder & Program Director of Women Work Together

Dr. Tracy Ehlers specializes in the study of women, women's work, and gender relations in Latin America and urban, inner city America. Tracy is the founder of Women Work Together, a participatory development program offering leadership institutes and workshops to rural Mayan girls and women in San Pedro Sacatepequez, San Marcos. She first lived in San Pedro in 1977 for her dissertation research.
