is a vocal of the board of directors, student of Philosophy at the Universidad del Atlantico, youth leader since 2007 and specializes in youth organization processes and research. she is 20 years old and is the coordinator of COLEMAD Young women leaders program.

Luz Estella Romero - legal representative of the organization.

She is a lawyer from Universidad del Atlantico, master candidate in human rights at the Human Rights Institute of the University of La Plata (Argentina),

Diana Barrios Marceles - program coordinator of Multicultural Space of women in the Caribbean region

is the Vice Chair of the Board of the organization. She is a Lawyer form Universidad del Atlantico, specialist in communitarian strengthening and advocacy, she is 27 years old
