A Drug Free Nation

In March 2001 National agency for the campaign Drugs was formed to enhance advocacy against drug abuse in Kenya. In 2007 parliament rectified a formation of the National Campaign against Drug abuse authority (NACADA AUTHORITY) to replace NACADA with a reinforced update and empowered it to coordinate a multi-sectoral effort aimed at preventing, controlling and ultigating the awareness of drugs and substance abuse within the Kenyan society. It partners with other organisations in creating drug abuse achieved coordinated the implementation of the National Action Plan on curbing drug abuse by citizens of Kenya, creating licence drug rehab operators.
