Through a Group initiative, to bring minds together and seeking networks, life of the infected could be elongated and more hope given to the victims, while putting caution on careless living at the same time. I have seen good results. Many women who used to lose hope have improved and their lives grown to a greater expectation. We have gone to seminars to acquire knowledge and skills that have transformed our lives. But it has happened that through the Kenya legal right authority, most of the Kenyan's get legal advice and free lawyer to stand to stand for them after such violence and this has really done well mainly in Kibera slums where the post-election violence really affected many people. This has helped to reduce a number of such cases as sexual and gender based violence and forcefall rape.I am glad that Kibera is not into issues of sexual harrassment and other gender based violence because of the free legal help that is offered for free.
